My name is Paul Hart and I am the President of the English Decorating Company Inc.

I was born in London, England and have recently relocated to Morristown, Tennessee.

We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of Interior and exterior painting & wallpapering.

We also carry out all special paint techniques which include marbling, graining, rag-rolling colorwashing, etc.

All work is completed to full customer satisfaction.
