My name is Paul Hart and I am the President of the English Decorating Company Inc.
I was born in London, England and relocated to Morristown, Tennessee in 2005.
We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of Interior and exterior painting,wallpapering and faux finishing.
We also carry out all special paint techniques which include marbling, graining, rag-rolling colorwashing,texturing etc.
All work is completed to full customer satisfaction.
